About me
I am a licensed therapist in Fayetteville, Arkansas who specializes in utilizing play therapy.
I love getting to help my clients as they become more of themselves. Every person has what they need inside of them already. We all just need help and safety on the journey of healing.
I primarily work with children and adults who deal with anxiety, depression, family issues, have experienced trauma, and have witnessed or been a victim of abuse.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and includes a variety of interventions and modalities such as attachment theory, art, play, and somatic modalities.

Adults
I offer individual therapy sessions for adults. My approach is attachment based, trauma informed, and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I primarily work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and have experienced trauma.

Children
I offer individual and family therapy sessions for children and their adults. I specialize in using non-directive play therapy to help children process their emotions, whether it is verbally or metaphorically through play. Play therapy helps children explore and process emotions they may not be able to articulate verbally, and helps children learn ways to emotionally regulate.
Rates and Fees: $160 per 60 minute session
